“SOFF Magazine 1” is the first issue of the new print magazine by artist Sophie Ramirez. 156 pages in vivid colors give a rare insight into the private life and professional development of a young artist: the struggles, fights, fears, influences and the process of creating. Build of chronologically organized diary entries, documented fashion looks, chat-conversations with her mother, and photo shootings with 16 featured artists, this magazine is a sketchbook of self-conception, emancipation and life. Starting with a Home-Story by Frank Lothar Lange in summer 2020 and an Interview by her father, “SOFF Magazine 1” reflects on authenticity, insecurity, professionalism, art, publicity and social media.
